INVITATION TO TENDER
(Tender No.7(T)/MPE/UREA(2)/2007-2008)
1. Sealed tenders are invited by the Myanma Petrochemical
Enterprise, Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, for the supply of Urea Fertilizer with the terms and condition as follows.
(a) Urea Fertilizer -80,000=10% Metric Tons
Specification Nitrogen 46.0 wt% min
Biuret 1.0 wt% max
Moisture 0.5 wt% max
Prill Size 1-4 mm
(b) Price shall be quoted in US Dollars -CIF (LO) Yangon Basis.
(c) Payment - L/C at sight
(d) Tender Closing Date -6-9-2007(12:00)hr.
(e) Tender Opening Date -6-9-2007(13:00)hr.
(f) Delivery -Within October 2007
(g) Packing -50 kg weight/bag net must be packed in strong durable. Woven polypropylene bags with inner Liner polyethylene bags of 0.1-0.2mm thickness.
2. Tender documents and detail information are available at the Department of Finance, Myanmar Petrochemical Enterprise, Nay Pyi Taw, during office hours commencing(24-8-2007) on payment of the One Hundred(100)FEC per set.
3. Only bid from tender who has purchased tender document officially from Myanma Petrochemical Enterprise will be accepted for evaluation.
